Partial build

Working along side the project architect and main contractor we can design fabricate and raise the main oak structure. The build is then completed by the main contractor to the architect’s specifications.
 

Self-build

Our frames are ideal for self-managed or self-build housing. We will provide a structural oak frame specifically designed for your project. This design will allow you to finish the build yourself to your own specification and schedule using local contractors where necessary.
 

Project management

Three-dimensional modeling

A 3D computer modeling service is available allowing you to walk through your frame before a stick of timber has been cut.
 

Restoration and conversion

English Oak Buildings uses its experience of all types of timber framing to sensitively and thoroughly restore or convert existing buildings using appropriate methods.
