This wooden construction, located in the flat landscape of Nordkynnhalvøya, Norway, serves as a road stop, build in such way to protect visitors from the strong winds coming from all different directions.
This multi-use environmental wood installation, designed by 24° Studio, serves as a meeting place for all generations. The design provides a platform to contemplate the beauty of the surrounding environment or simply sit for a moment.
This wooden furniture collection comprises of wooden stools that are handcrafted from small cut pieces of scrap timber glued together in a matrix and then carved into the shape of a tree-trunk, in an attempt to reincarnate the wood chips into their original form.
This private family residence was designed by the award-winning helin & co architects and is located on a remote island in the gullkrona archipelago in Finland, with stunning views overlooking the Baltic sea.
This unique furniture system has the potential to be anything. The cube comprises of 260 identical oak pieces that can be connected by bolts and screws and challenges you to create and build your own designs, without the use of a manual!
